Standard Chair of Gardner is looking for a hard-working, dependable, productive, and focused individual to fill the position of customer service representative. The candidate must have strong attention to detail, be comfortable with computers, have good phone communication skills, and have the ability to multitask. Must be able to take feedback and instruction. Employees are required to work safely, efficiently, and adhere to all company policies, procedures and work standards. Job Requirements • Answer incoming phone calls with patience and knowledge. • Assist customers with complex questions regarding the ordering process and product specifics. • Have the ability to listen and process information and find a resolution. • Keep workspace clean and organized. • Process and schedule shipments. • Be able to work independently and with other members of the team as well as management. Position hours are flexible; Monday – Friday 9:30am-2:30pm preferred but open for discussion. Additional hours may be required during our busier season (March-June). Limited hours in the summer. The candidate must have the ability to cover additional hours and vacations as needed.
