Recruiter (3-6 month contract) Location: Remote U.S. Type: Contract (Full-time hours during U.S. business hours preferred) Duration: 3–6 months, with potential to extend About Us We’re a fast-growing, AI-powered robotics startup on a mission to build intelligent systems that solve real-world problems. Our team is moving quickly, scaling thoughtfully, and building technology at the intersection of hardware, software, and machine learning. As we grow, we’re looking for a hands-on Recruiter (Contract) to help us attract and hire exceptional talent across the company. The Role As a Contract Recruiter, you’ll own full-lifecycle recruiting across a mix of technical and non-technical roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, help shape our hiring processes, and act as a true extension of the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in ambiguity, and knows how to hire in a startup environment. What You’ll Do • Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across engineering, product, operations, G&A, and other functions as needed • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, outbound sourcing, referrals, etc.) • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide stakeholders through hiring decisions What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment • Proven experience owning full-lifecycle recruiting end-to-end • Ability to recruit across both technical and non-technical roles • Strong sourcing skills and comfort doing hands-on outbound recruiting • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with limited structure • Experience with modern ATS tools and recruiting systems • Ability to work semi-independently and hold yourself accountable to meeting or exceeding sourcing, interviewing and hiring goals Nice to Have • Experience recruiting for robotics, AI, hardware, manufacturing or deep-tech companies • Startup experience strongly preferred • Ability to ramp quickly and manage multiple roles simultaneously • Experience with Ashby (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter Why Work With Us • Opportunity to have real impact on a growing team and company • Collaborative, mission-driven environment • Competitive hourly rate • Potential for contract extension or future full-time opportunities
