Job Summary: In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of HR professionals while driving continuous improvement in programs that support the unique culture and employee experience of The Standard. You'll collaborate across HR to ensure programs that enable a world-class employee experience and align with business needs globally. Key Responsibilities: Talent Management Operations: • Oversee the creation and delivery of learning experiences and collateral to onboard new employees, grow workforce capabilities, strengthen the culture of The Standard, and build leadership capacity aligned with the company's strategic goals. • Evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs using qualitative and quantitative data; continuously refine offerings based on feedback and business needs. • Collaborate with senior HR leaders to translate enterprise talent strategies into actionable Talent Management programs. • Manage vendor relationships and budgets for assigned talent initiatives. Employee Development Strategy: • Refresh and implement a global employee development strategy that supports building critical workforce capabilities and career pathways aligned with the company's strategic goals. • Lead the enterprise learning technology council and oversee the administration of the enterprise learning management system to enable employee development strategy execution. Leadership Development: • Oversee the creation and delivery of learning experiences that build critical leadership capabilities aligned with the company's strategic goals. • Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs using qualitative and quantitative data; continuously refine offerings based on feedback and business needs. Skills & Background You'll Need: Education: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business or equivalent work experience in a related field and industry. Master's degree (preferred) • SHRM-SCP, GPHR (nice to have, but not required) Experience: • 8+ years of experience in HR, talent strategy, organizational design, and strategic workforce planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Hands-on experience with HR and talent management systems and digital collaboration tools. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance. The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data. Salary Range: $122,250.00 - $195,500.00 Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
