As Stampli’s FinTech Support Specialist, you will report to our FinTech Operations Manager and work closely with our partners, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize our payment processing platform. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify bugs and suggest feature improvements. Additionally, you will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance. This role also includes updating standard operating procedures and documenting areas for improvement.
