TITLE Referral Partner (Commission Only) COMPANY DESCRIPTION Stainless Communications is a senior led marketing, brand, and growth firm based in Boston and serving clients across North America and Europe. For more than 22 years, we have helped founders and leadership teams turn brand, PR, web, and marketing into measurable business outcomes. Our work supports revenue growth, pipeline acceleration, conversion improvement, and market credibility. We operate with a modern, lean model. All work is executed by senior specialists. No junior teams. No unnecessary layers. This allows us to move faster, deliver sharper work, and close opportunities efficiently. Typical clients include B2B services, SaaS, professional services, real estate, industrial, healthcare, and consumer brands that want results they can measure. ROLE DESCRIPTION We are expanding our referral partner network and are looking for experienced connectors who want to earn commission by making warm introductions. This is not a sales job and not a salaried role. As a Referral Partner, your role is simple: You introduce Stainless Communications to qualified business leaders who may need brand, website, PR, or marketing performance support. Stainless handles discovery, proposals, closing, and delivery. You earn commission when projects close and invoices are paid. This role works well for consultants, advisors, fractional executives, business development professionals, and well connected operators. RESPONSIBILITIES Make warm introductions to business owners, founders, or senior leaders Identify companies that could benefit from brand, web, PR, or growth support Join introductory calls when helpful, but not required Maintain trust and integrity with your network No cold calling, no quotas, no required hours COMPENSATION This is a commission only role with no cap. Commission structure: $5,000 to $39,999 in closed business: 12 percent $40,000 to $99,999 in closed business: 18 percent $100,000 and above in closed business: 20 percent Examples: $30,000 engagement pays $3,600 $60,000 engagement pays $10,800 $150,000 engagement pays $30,000 Commission is paid after the client invoice is paid.
