Full Description

Change Manager Digital Transformation (Remote) We are looking for a Change Manager to work on Digital Transformation projects across internal sales, marketing, finance teams for a global B2B high tech company. This role will be responsible for persona impact assessments and journey mapping, stakeholder analyses, persona journey mapping, workshops, documentation and project management. The focus will be on new systems rollout and transformation of teams/processes/etc to enable the adoption of the new systems. This is a 12 month (conversion to FTE possible), 40 hour per week role. Remote in the US, but MUST work PST time zone hours. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee. Health benefits and 401K offered. Responsibilities • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. • Define key stakeholders and their engagement and communications needs throughout the release. Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications. • Assess the change impact. Conduct impact assessment, stakeholder and organization analysis to determine release scope, severity and receptivity. • Drive enablement needs Determine content required for each stakeholder group, develop content and drive enablement delivery. Requirement: • 6+ Years in change management experience across large scale Go-to-Market systems and processes transformations • good communication skills and solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. • Change management certification (Prosci) or similar is highly Preferred. • Experience with Agile methodology • Bachlore Degree Please submit your resume to our network at https://www.stage4solutions.com/careers/ (Please apply to the Change Manager Digital Transformation role).
