Job Title: Sales Leader – Utilities Location: East Coast / Central & Midwest / West Coast (Preferably based in territory) Type: Full-time / Contract About the Client: Our client is a global leader in digital transformation and network solutions, partnering with large enterprises and service providers worldwide. They deliver end-to-end technology and managed services that enable clients to modernize operations, accelerate innovation, and improve customer experience. The organization has a strong presence across North America, Europe, and APAC, with deep expertise in Utilities, Telecom, and Industrial verticals. Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Leaders with strong hunting experience and a proven track record in the Utilities and Energy sector. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving new business growth, building executive relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in their respective territories. Key Responsibilities: • Drive new business acquisition and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. • Develop and execute territory-specific go-to-market strategies for Utilities clients. • Build and nurture C-level and senior client relationships to identify transformation and managed services opportunities. • Collaborate with solutioning and delivery teams to design and present tailored proposals. • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. • Provide market intelligence on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Required Experience & Skills: • 10–15 years of IT/Telecom/Technology services sales experience with at least 5+ years selling into Utilities (Electric, Gas, Water). • Proven hunter mindset with a strong record in new logo acquisition and large deal closures. • Deep understanding of digital transformation, IoT, cloud, and managed services for Utilities. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills. • Must be based in or familiar with the regional Utilities market (East, Central/Midwest, or West Coast).
