Role: Project Delivery Lead / Manager Location: Toronto, Canada - Hybrid- 4 days a week Duration: Long term Contract Job Summary: Seeking seasoned Project Delivery Lead with over 10 years of project management experience to lead client engagements and oversee service delivery operations. The ideal candidate comes from a technical background, expertise in Agile practices (including Scaled Agile methodologies and Scrum Master responsibilities), and proven success managing distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations. Prior experience in the Loyalty domain is a plus. This role is based in Toronto and requires a hybrid work model (4 days in-office). What You’ll Do • Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and business alignment. • Oversee project governance, reporting, and escalation handling. • Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scaled Agile practices. • Act as Scrum Master when required, facilitating collaboration and removing impediments. • Direct distributed onshore/offshore teams, ensuring seamless coordination and accountability. • Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations. • Drive internal service delivery operations, including resource allocation and operational efficiency. • Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and manage escalations effectively. What You • Bring 10+ years of project management experience with large-scale delivery programs. Strong technical background with ability to guide and support technical teams. • Expertise in Agile processes, Scaled Agile methodologies, and Scrum Master roles. • Experience managing distributed teams across global locations. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. • Must be based in Toronto and available for hybrid work (4 days in-office). Essential Skills • Ownership of deliverables and commitment to client success. • Skilled at identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. • Confident in making timely, informed decisions under pressure. • Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork across geographies. • Ability to inspire, motivate, and align diverse teams. • Nice to Have Prior experience in the Loyalty domain (customer engagement, rewards programs). • Certifications in Agile/Scaled Agile (SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP). • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
