About the Role We’re a fast-moving startup looking for a .NET Developer who wants to build, automate, and grow. This role starts part-time and transitions into a full-time opportunity as our platform scales. You’ll be hands-on from day one — developing features in .NET/C#, optimizing MongoDB databases, and helping improve DevOps pipelines that power product releases. If you’re a builder who loves writing clean code and learning fast in a startup environment, this is for you. What You’ll Do • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET / C# and MongoDB. • Contribute to and enhance DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, version control, automated deployments). • Collaborate closely with senior developers and product leads to deliver scalable, high-quality code. • Participate in code reviews and help shape best practices for development and release management. • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring • 2–4 years of software development experience (recent grads encouraged to apply). • Strong programming skills in C# / .NET Core. • Experience working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases. • Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, version control, build automation). • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced startup environment. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills. Bonus Points For • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. • Familiarity with Docker or container-based deployments. • Passion for learning new technologies and optimizing development workflows.
