Account Executive/Project Manager • **Experience with commercial grade kitchen equipment and/or construction is strongly preferred. Salary is negotiable given the level of industry experience.*** Reports To: Regional Manager Position Summary: The Account Executive / Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from initial customer engagement through completion. This role oversees planning, coordination, execution, and communication while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Attributes · Positive, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented · Proactive problem solver who anticipates issues and takes initiative · Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a high-pressure environment · Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal · Comfortable presenting ideas and collaborating with senior leadership · Proficient with communication tools including phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook Calendar Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Training and Knowledge Development · Participate in product training to develop a strong understanding of company offerings · Use product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations and specifications Team Collaboration Work effectively within a team-oriented and productive environment Project Scope Management · Review responsibility matrices and scopes of work · Identify and address gaps, risks, and potential concerns Specifications and Documentation · Verify equipment specifications align with project requirements · Identify and resolve jobsite access issues related to delivery and installation · Read, interpret, and modify plan documentation (e.g., layout drawings) · Perform field measurements as required Customer Engagement · Meet with customers to manage quoting, selling, delivery, and installation processes Change Order Management · Identify, quantify, and document change order opportunities · Maintain accurate cost logs and documentation Internal Communication · Maintain timely communication with internal teams including billing, credit, and support · Ensure all documentation is current and properly stored Conflict Resolution · Submit RFIs (Requests for Information) to resolve discrepancies in project documents Jobsite Coordination · Attend jobsite meetings as needed · Be available onsite during critical project phases Customer Solutions · Develop customized solutions through equipment specification, design layout, budgeting, and project management Vendor Coordination · Request and track shop drawings from manufacturers · Monitor production schedules and lead times · Manage submittals using platforms such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Oracle Quality and Safety Management · Develop and implement site-specific quality and safety plans Subcontractor Oversight · Schedule, coordinate, and communicate with subcontractors, installers, and stakeholders Logistics and Procurement · Coordinate warehousing and delivery logistics · Review purchase orders for accuracy · Reporting and Financial Accountability · Submit weekly project updates and personal schedules to the Regional Manager and Leadership Team · Manage projects to ensure consistent profitability · Assist with returning unused or excess equipment Travel and Expense Management · Travel within and outside the assigned region to meet customers and prospects · Submit weekly expense reports Other Duties · Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager or President/CEO Qualifications · Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills · Ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships with diverse customers · Willingness to travel as required · Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) · Experience in commercial food service and/or construction is strongly preferred · Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • AD&D insurance • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Experience: • Commercial construction: 1 year (Required) Willingness to travel: • 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
