Position Overview Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English). Active Property and Casualty license is required or must be able to obtain. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Jonesboro, GA. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
