Event Manager Assistant / Event Support Staff (MC Skills Required) Location: Multiple Cities — United States Position Type: Event-Based / Contract Shift Length: 4 hours Date: Friday, 19 December Time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Important: Applicants must read and follow the instructions at the bottom of this job description to be considered for the role. About the Role We are seeking a flexible, energetic, and highly observant Event Manager Assistant with MC and guest engagement skills to support on-site operations during live events across multiple cities. This role requires someone who is comfortable speaking to guests, making announcements when needed, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, while also being ready to assist operationally wherever support is required. Key Responsibilities • Support the Event Manager with on-site event operations and coordination. • Confidently speak to guests, provide guidance, and help create a welcoming environment. • Assist with MC-style duties when required, including announcements and crowd guidance. • Assist servers, bartenders, actors/entertainers, and hosts as needed throughout the event. • Step in to support ticket handling and check-in when required. • Help manage guest flow, crowd movement, and general venue organization. • Remain alert and observant to identify issues before they escalate. • Support the team during peak attendance periods. • Maintain a professional, friendly, and calm presence at all times. About You • Comfortable speaking to individuals and groups. • Naturally welcoming with strong people skills. • Confident using a microphone when needed. • Flexible and willing to assist in multiple roles. • Physically active and comfortable being on your feet. • Highly observant with strong situational awareness. • Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude. • Reliable, punctual, and professional under pressure. • Previous event, hospitality, MC, or customer service experience is a plus. Requirements • Ability to work Friday, 19 December from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt quickly and follow instructions. • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
