Key Responsibilities • Ensure the accuracy and quality of projects throughout production. • Review job specs. • Perform quality checks. • Manage paperwork, tracking inserts, and generating reports. Qualifications • High school diploma • 6+ months of quality/production experience • Knowledge of Direct Mail, ISO 9001, HIPAA, and postal regulations. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office • Able to lift 50 lbs.
