Requirements: • 2-3 years of staffing industry, business development, or sales experience preferred. • Experience providing full-service specialized staffing solutions in your area is ideal. • Demonstrated ability to reach senior level executives with target customers (C-suite, VP, etc.). • Tech-savvy individual with a strong social media presence including LinkedIn, Instagram, and job boards Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc. • Day to Day Responsibilities: • Introduce the services in your area via telephone, video and in-person meetings. • Present the features and benefits of the platform to C-suite, VP and hiring teams. • Bring in new jobs to fill. • Work with matched candidates and clients, setting up interviews, negotiating and extending job offers to selected candidates. • Provide feedback and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. • Train hiring teams on how to use the platform. • Grow new business opportunities across your geographical area and staffing specialty while expanding the current client base. • Grow network and income on entire platform. • Ideal for Independent Recruiters Compensation: • Unlimited Exponential Commission Strategic Expansion Goal We’re launching virtual Market Center Offices for the top 12 staffing specialties in the most populous U.S. markets.
