.NET Developer Associate (Fully Remote – Miami-Based Company) Open Positions: 4 We are seeking to hire four (4) .NET Developer Associates for our Miami-based company. We are looking for developers with strong backend expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem and a solid understanding of modern web technologies. These are fully remote positions, where candidates will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications and backend services. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in .NET development and thrive in a collaborative, remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services • Work with SQL Server for data modeling and performance optimization • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues • Contribute to front-end features when needed (Angular experience is a plus) • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in .NET development • Strong proficiency in: • C# • ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core • Web API development • SQL Server • Experience with Angular (2+ preferred) • Solid understanding of: • HTML5, CSS3 • JavaScript / TypeScript • RESTful architecture • Experience with Git or other version control systems • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks • Experience with Entity Framework • Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Benefits • Career growth opportunities • Fully remote work environment • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) • Collaborative and supportive team culture • Health benefits • Paid time off (PTO) Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
