Position Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I - Enrollment/Call Queue Support • Respond to inbound calls to the provider relations line. Calls can include a range of inquiries including application status for provider enrollment, compliance reviews, and site visit scheduling. • Check voicemail, log messages, and return calls. • Commitment to customer service. • Create accurate call logs in the system, summarizing contact details with providers and applicants. • Review and update the status of supporting documents for provider applications. • Distribute electronic fax documents to the appropriate staff. • Review and verify provider enrollment applications are complete. • Schedule appointments for reviews, assessments, etc. • Assist with other tasks as needed, including document uploads. Required Skills: • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment. • Must be computer literate and have MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet skills. • Ability to exercise independent judgment, based on policy and procedure. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to established standards. Qualifications: Education: High School degree or GED Experience: • 2 years of customer service experience • Bachelor's degree and 2 years paid experience or 36 months and a minimum of two years paid experience working with critical care providers, public health providers, or providers that care for children, older adults, persons with traumatic brain injury, or persons with developmental disabilities. • One year of the experience must have included provider monitoring, Medicaid or third-party payer provider billing, or provider training. One year of the experience must have been in a home health program, community health program, hospital, private practice, publicly funded institution, long-term care program, mental health program, community-based social service program, or any other program addressing the needs of special populations. Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for work authorization sponsorship including H-1B sponsorship) by SSO. Under the federal laws relating to the F-1 STEM EAD program, SSO may be able to support a STEM EAD extension application at the sole discretion of your Designated School Official.
