IT Supervisor – Epic Applications (Remote) We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor with strong expertise in Epic applications, specifically in hospital billing, to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of full remote work and is ideal for candidates with a clinical or revenue cycle application background and leadership experience. Position Details • Pay Rate: $125,000 – $135,000 annually, paid bi-weekly • Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel to Cleveland, Ohio (rare) • Hours: Eastern time zone, flexible start between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM Key Responsibilities • Supervise and lead a team of analysts focused on Epic applications • Oversee daily operations, staff management, and upgrade processes • Collaborate with departments and vendors to optimize system functionality • Manage projects related to Epic applications, ensuring smooth implementation and updates • Support change management and staff training efforts • Maintain positive relationships with both technical teams and end users Requirements • 5+ years experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on clinical or revenue cycle applications • 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience • 2+ years hands-on experience with Epic applications (preferably in hospital billing modules) • Epic certification or accreditation required • Practical troubleshooting skills and experience with HL7 interfaces, SQL, and MS Visio/Project are a plus • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior leadership and end users Preferred • Resolute Hospital Billing certification • Knowledge of hospital claims and remittance processing • Experience with disaster recovery testing and change management Benefits Benefits start on day one of employment, including health coverage and other perks.
