What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant security and compliance. - Experience with Office 365 applications and their integration. - Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365 or SharePoint. - Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation. - Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and identity management. - Background in IT security or compliance frameworks.
