Now Hiring: Direct Support Professionals (Flexible Hours – Chicago, IL) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others We are looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team and provide compassionate care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities: 1. Assist individuals with daily living skills, including hygiene, dressing, and socialization. 2. Provide direct care and support in a safe and respectful environment. 3. Encourage skill development in areas such as recreation, domestic living, and social engagement. 4. Update case notes daily to ensure accurate documentation. 5. Support individuals in achieving personal growth and fulfillment. 6. Help clients live their best lives by promoting independence and dignity. Requirements: 1. Must be registered with the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH). 2. Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional or in a related caregiving role required. 3.
