Role Overview: As a Compliance & Risk Management Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging technology and business units to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and effective risk mitigation. This mid-level position involves collaborating with global teams to analyze, design, and implement compliance strategies that support organizational objectives. What You'll Do: - You will collaborate with Global Technology and business units to gather and analyze compliance and risk management requirements. - You will document and communicate business processes, workflows, and system specifications to stakeholders. - You will identify gaps in compliance and recommend solutions to mitigate risks. - You will support the development and implementation of compliance monitoring tools and reporting mechanisms. - You will participate in testing and validation of technology solutions to ensure they meet compliance standards. - You will assist in training and supporting end-users on compliance-related systems and processes. - You will monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Compliance & Risk Management department. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within compliance, risk management, or financial services. - Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements. - Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment. - Knowledge of specific regulatory standards such as GDPR, SOX, or AML. - Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. - Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Risk Management (CRISC, FRM).
