Role Overview: As a Business Analyst within the Compliance & Risk Management (CRM) Department, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technology and business units. Your primary focus will be to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and effectively manage risk across global operations. What You'll Do: - You will collaborate with Global Technology teams and business units to gather and analyze compliance and risk management requirements. - You will document business processes, workflows, and system specifications to support CRM initiatives. - You will identify gaps and recommend solutions to enhance compliance and risk mitigation strategies. - You will assist in the development and implementation of CRM policies and procedures. - You will support testing and validation of CRM systems to ensure they meet business and regulatory standards. - You will communicate findings and updates to stakeholders through clear and concise reports. - You will participate in risk assessments and compliance audits to identify potential issues. - You will stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to advise on necessary changes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in compliance, risk management, or related fields. - Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management principles. - Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including requirements gathering and process mapping. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights. - Experience with CRM systems or related technology platforms is highly desirable. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Risk Management (CRM, FRM). - Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, SOX, or HIPAA. - Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
