About the Role A confidential, fast-growing SaaS company is seeking a high-performing SaaS Sales Executive to help drive revenue growth through new client acquisition while maintaining a small portfolio of existing accounts. This is a hunter-forward role: 80% new business development and 20% account management. This role is hybrid. 3X on site, 2X Virtual weekly. What You’ll Do • Own full-cycle sales efforts focused on new logo acquisition (prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → close). • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through outbound activity (calls, emails, social outreach, events, referrals). • Identify decision-makers, uncover customer pain points, and align solutions to business needs. • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to B2B stakeholders. • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close business efficiently and profitably. • Manage a small book of business by driving renewals, adoption, and growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell). • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecast updates in CRM. • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion. What We’re Looking For • Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience (required). • Proven track record of winning new clients in a B2B environment with documented success (quota attainment, awards, rankings, performance reports, etc.). • Strong prospecting and consultative selling skills; comfortable in a high outbound environment. • Experience running discovery, presenting solutions, and closing deals with multiple stakeholders. • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
