Staff Up is now hiring skilled Order Pickers with Forklift experience for a 3rd party Logistics in Grand Prairie, TX 75052! Pay Rate: $20.Hr Hours: 8AM-5PM Mon-Fri TEMP TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY!! Must have Raymond stand up reach, sit down forklift and RF scanner experience. Job Description: Responsible for reading incoming orders and selecting the correct items from the warehouse shelves before staging them for delivery. Duties include operating forklifts, updating inventory counts and counting out the appropriate number of goods to fulfill and order. The following are the duties and responsibilities of an Order Picker: • Collecting order notes to fulfill deliveries • Picking out ordered items from storage shelves or rooms using barcodes, serial numbers, etc. • Securely shrink-wrapping items before placing them in envelopes or boxes • Operating handling equipment according to industrial safety regulations • Loading delivery vehicles • Updating stock inventory after each item is retrieved • Managing stock control, including item replenishment and storage • Performing general warehouse duties as necessary Skills and Requirements: • Must have 5 years of forklift experience and forklift certified required • Must have Shipping and receiving experience • Must pass Background check requirements Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Experience: • Order picking: 3 years (Required) • Sit down forklift: 5 years (Required) • RF Scanner: 3 years (Required) • Raymond stand up reach forklift: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: • Forklift Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
