QC Lead ensures products meet quality standards from receiving to shipping, overseeing inspections, training teams, implementing protocols, analyzing data for improvements, and managing compliance, with a focus on warehouse operations, acting as a key link between floor staff and management to uphold consistent quality in a dynamic production environment. Key Responsibilities • Inspection & Testing: Conduct and oversee thorough inspections (incoming, in-process, finished goods) and functional/safety tests using tools like micrometers, gauges, and electronic equipment. • Team Leadership: Train, guide, and manage warehouse QC staff, fostering a culture of quality and adherence to procedures.
