Full Description

Staff Force Personnel Services is looking for hard working, self-motivated individual, who is goal driven to contribute to our next level of growth in the Austin, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to further their career in sales and business development with the opportunity for advancement. No sales experience is required. The Outside Sales/Marketing Rep's primary responsibility is to produce and lead. This includes but is not limited to, generating qualified job orders from top companies, business development, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and other client representatives to fulfill job orders. We are looking for that go-to salesperson to provide their expertise in the sales field and provide the following: • Proven sales experience with the development of new clients into long-lasting customers (preferred but not required) • Ability to establish professional relationships with customers through lunch meetings and on-site visits • Experience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals • Cold call experience (preferred but not required) • Negotiating skills Outside Sales/Marketing Representative Responsibilities/Requirements: • 100 Field Calls per week, which can include: Service Calls, Account Reactivations, Cold Calls, and appointments. • 100 Combined sales Phone Calls/Emails per week. • 4 Appointments per week & 4 Proposals sent or delivered per week. • 2 New Accounts (or reactivated accounts) per week. • Meet or exceed monthly quota of $800 in new gross profit in a 4-week month, or $1000 in new gross profit in a 5-week month. • Must maintain up-to-date information in staffing/recruiting software daily, including all Field Calls, Service Calls, Appointments, and Proposals. • Email updated Top 20 prospects list to Branch Manager and Regional Sales Manager weekly. • Weekly sales activity touch base with Regional Sales Manager.
