Call us!214-634-7686 Or start your application online at:www.staff-force.com Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Material Handler to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement, storage, and distribution of materials within our facility. This role requires familiarity with warehouse operations, heavy equipment operation, and safety standards to ensure smooth and safe logistics processes. Prior experience in warehouse management, order picking, and operating equipment such as forklifts and cranes is highly desirable. The Material Handler plays a critical role in supporting shipping & receiving, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse productivity. Responsibilities • Load and unload materials using equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners • Pick and pack orders accurately utilizing warehouse management systems and order picker tools • Operate heavy equipment including cranes, forklifts, and other machinery following OSHA safety guidelines • Manage shipping & receiving processes to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods • Maintain proper documentation of materials movement and inventory levels • Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical safety and functionality • Assist in organizing warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval of materials • Follow safety protocols related to heavy lifting, materials handling, and equipment operation • Support warehouse supervision in daily operations and process improvements Qualifications • Proven experience in warehouse distribution, materials handling, or related roles • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners • Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards for warehouse operations • Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting • Strong physical ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform manual tasks involving heavy lifting • Prior experience in order picking, shipping & receiving, or construction environments is a plus • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail • Warehouse supervisor experience or construction background is advantageous but not required Pay: $17.00 - $19.75 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
