Full Description

Overview We are seeking reliable, mechanically inclined candidates with strong shipping and receiving experience to join the team. The ideal candidates will be able to operate a sit-down forklift (minimal one year experience) and be flexible to work and train across multiple departments. Responsibilities • Safely operate sit-down forklift, pallet jacks, and other equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. • Assist with basic mechanical tasks and general warehouse duties. • Perform order picking to ensure accurate order fulfillment for shipping or inventory replenishment. • Conduct heavy lifting tasks while adhering to OSHA safety standards to prevent injuries and maintain a safe work environment. • Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper placement of materials on pallets or racks for optimal storage. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including inventory control and documentation of all shipping & receiving activities. • Will assist in other tasks or departments as needed. Skills • Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, shipping, and mechanically inclined. • Proficiency with forklift operation, including sit-down forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment. • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and shipping & • Strong ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining efficiency during high-volume periods. • Ability to learn and train in multiple departments.
