Requires at least 1 year of administrative experience with strong Excel and Word skills, and good communication abilities; insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (including but not limited to): · Update Wrike with correct renewal information, including mapping and final plans · Set up and process basic renewals · Process Amendments · Order Benefit Guides · Group/broker contact updates · Other administrative tasks as assigned · Manage the renewals inbox and requests directed toward the renewals team and escalate as necessary. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Administrative experience • Strong background with Excel and Word (Required, 1 year) PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Insurance-related experience (preferred) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
