Marketing Lead at StackOne About us: StackOne is the AI Integration Gateway for SaaS products and AI Agents. Backed by GV and Workday Ventures ($24M raised), we help builders of SaaS platforms and AI Agents orchestrate hundreds of scalable, accurate, and enterprise-grade integrations. Our platform combines 25,000 pre-mapped actions on 200 connectors, an AI-powered integration development toolkit, plus security by design: a real-time architecture, managed authentication and permissions, and end-to-end observability. Join us on our fast trajectory to build the future of agentic integrations. Role overview: Reporting directly to the founder/CEO, you’ll own our narrative, launches, and demand engine end-to-end. You’ll set strategy, execute fast, and partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to turn ICP accounts into pipeline and revenue. You will: Own demand generation and growth strategy and execution. Define ICPs, positioning, and messaging for technical and economic buyers. Plan and run product/feature launches across our web, social, content, paid, and field/partner channels. Build sales enablement: core deck, battlecards, one-pagers, demo scripts, objection handling. Design multi-channel ABM programs (outbound, partner, events, paid, content) and PLG growth campaigns. Measure what matters: funnel health, velocity, CAC/LTV, attribution; report weekly to execs. Requirements: 5+ years in B2B SaaS with API/devtools/infrastructure products Proven track record in demand gen, driving enterprise pipeline via positioning, launches, and ABM programs. Proven ability to build from zero to one: defining strategy, processes, and playbooks for new marketing motions in fast-moving or ambiguous environments. Exceptional writing and storytelling for both CTO/CPO/CIO and developer/ops personas. Analytics-driven; fluent with CRM/marketing ops and lightweight experimentation. Bias to action; comfortable as a player-coach working cross-functionally. Nice to have: AI/agentic platforms, iPaaS/integrations, security/compliance familiarity.
