What You'll Do: - You will identify and engage potential clients interested in luxury lab-grown diamonds and precious metal art. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals. - You will present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively to meet client needs. - You will manage the sales process from initial contact through closing deals independently. - You will collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. - You will track sales activities and report progress regularly to management. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. - You will leverage your sales skills to maximize your earning potential in a 100% commission environment. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales or a related field. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Passion for luxury products and an understanding of the high-end market. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic sales tools.
