The role can be performed virtually, supporting a remote-first organization, but your working hours will need to align with US Eastern time. What you’ll be doing: Anticipate, manage and support the work, priorities and goals of the Chief Product & Technology Officer allowing them to maximize their efficiency and impact Organize, coordinate, and prepare content for department and leadership meetings and communications Manage high volume calendars and schedule complex meetings Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and sensitivity Comprehend complex organizational operations and demonstrate an ability to make well-reasoned recommendations to executives and their teams to streamline functions Work as a strategic and collaborative partner to executives, peers, and leaders within the PDEC organization Coordinate meeting, event, and travel logistics as needed Who you’ll be working with: You’ll be reporting directly to the Chief Product & Technology Officer. You’ll also be working closely with the VPs & Directors of Product, Community and Engineering, other executive administrators and workplace operations partners.
