Our work is project based and involves healthcare facility design, operations strategy, planning and improvement.  Key Responsibilities * Consolidate, cleanse, and analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement. * Present data analysis, findings, and recommendations during client meetings in a clear and actionable manner. * Lead in developing and quality review of project deliverables, including presentations, narratives, and other required project outputs.  * Maintain proactive communication with project manager on work status, which includes identifying roadblocks and challenges with recommended action to address. * Proactively monitors the progress of work and identifies solutions to address gaps and/or challenges.  * Supports client meeting(s) by communicating key action items and other important information such as: progress to date, challenges, and roadblocks. * Serves as a subject matter expert for a particular type of work or multiple types of project work. * Leads research of equipment and other applicable systems and technologies. * Assist in identifying and supporting the improvements of existing and new tools & models. * Assist in training analysts & engineers on internal processes and procedures related to tools & models.        Other training support may be required. * Perform duties of data analyst & engineer when junior resources are not available. * Perform other duties assigned by management, as requested.   Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience. * Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Experience presenting to clients preferred.  * Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data in databases and spreadsheets. A high level of proficiency in MS Excel, database tools, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint are required.  * Advanced analytics platform experience (SQL, Python, etc.) is preferred.  * Project management software (ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, etc.) is preferred. * High attention to detail. * Commitment to continuous personal improvement. * Project team participation and oversight. * Analyst data training. * Serve as a reference for Engineers. * Possible supervision of an Analyst on larger or more complex projects. * Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred in addition to the 5+ years of experience or a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in lieu of Master’s Degree.  * Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. * Strong analytical experience related to degree with significant experience (in a hospital or medical facility environment preferred), conducting cost analysis, layout design, time studies, or inventory analysis required.  Must demonstrate an ability to work with large data sets.        Work Environment * Physical requirements: St Onge Company operates both hybrid and remote office options. Projects may entail lifting materials up to 50 lbs.  * Travel: St Onge Company operates both hybrid and remote office options.
