Why This Role Stands Out: This is more than a customer service job-this is a launchpad for your career You'll work side-by-side with our experienced Account Managers and Sales Team, gaining insight into the tire distribution business, building valuable B2B experience, and developing skills that can lead to promotions in sales, account management, marketing, or operations. If you're driven, detail-oriented, and love solving problems while helping others, this is your opportunity to shine What You'll Be Doing: • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and care • Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Support Account Managers with order processing and customer follow-ups • Help communicate product features and benefits to new and existing clients • Send out marketing materials, promotions, and program info • Record all activity and opportunities in our CRM • Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time Additional Perks: • Light travel may be available • Exposure to sales strategy, customer relationship management, and B2B operations • Tire industry experience is a bonus-but not required (we'll train you!)
