Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SSP Innovations, LLC is seeking a Software Implementation Project Manager with direct experience in customer-facing software deployment and technology projects. The role involves managing project costs, schedules, and quality, while also providing status reports and leading meetings with stakeholders. Responsibilities • Manage costs, hours, scope, quality, and schedule • Reporting financials to senior SSP management during monthly PMO meetings • Providing weekly status reports to internal and external stakeholders • Leading internal and client-facing meetings • Providing input into process improvement initiatives • Following the rigorous set of project management processes that SSP already has in place • Contributing new ideas on how those processes can be improved Skills • 3-5+ years' experience managing external customer-facing projects specific to software implementations, information technology, and/or professional services • Bachelor's degree is required • Customer-facing leadership acumen with the ability to work and interact directly with clients independently and autonomously • Direct experience with financial management of budget, hours tracking and invoicing • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Demonstrated advanced project risk analysis and mitigation experience • Problem solving capabilities, flexible and able to handle multiple initiatives concurrently • Extensive MS Project experience • PMI PMBOK understanding and PMI PMP certification is a differentiator Company Overview • Today’s energy landscape demands modernized technology that can handle a diverse grid, escalating demand, and unpredictable events.
