Job Description $17.00 / Hour + Tips This is a recall position based on seniority and it should only be accepted with the understanding that it is temporary due to the impending closure of our units at SMF. Our restaurant portfolio in the Sacramento International Airport currently includes Cafeteria 15L, Urban Crave, Peet's Coffee, and Mango Taco. As a Server at SSP America, your goal is to create a positive guest experience by accurately completing orders, serving customers, and reconciling customers' bills for all food and beverage items purchased. These tasks are to be done in a professional, friendly, helpful, and timely manner resulting in the highest level of guest satisfaction. Understand that our guest is our #1 priority Greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner Input orders into register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed Maintain proper and adequate set-up of restaurant at all times Adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests at all times Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards Other duties as assigned!
