Join Our Team! Join Our Team as a Legal Administrative Assistant! As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our Legal department. You will help manage documents, coordinate projects, and assist team members with a wide range of administrative tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role that supports the Vice President of Risk and Compliance and contributes to smooth and organized legal operations. What You'll Do: Deliver administrative support to Legal team members and manage sensitive and complex assignments. Coordinate meetings, scheduling, conference space planning and assist with tasks such as digitizing and expense reimbursements. Support legal projects including licensing activities, audit assistance, binder preparation and compliance tracking. Manage document workflows, maintain records in the contract management system and support MS Forms data collection. Administer Adobe Sign processes, process invoices and assist with vendor due diligence. What We're Looking For: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications or related fields. Experience with commercial transactions, contracts or agreements and contract management systems. At least one year of experience in a corporate legal department within hospitality, food service or airport operations preferred. Strong communication, organization and time management skills with accurate recordkeeping. Ability to multitask, work independently, support cross functional teams and operate in a digital environment. Why Join Us?
