Full Description

Job Description: • Coordinate patient onboarding and scheduling for RPM services. • Conduct virtual setup calls to teach patients how to use monitoring equipment. • Assist with equipment troubleshooting in partnership with our vendor. • Manage program discharge and offboarding workflows. • Maintain accurate documentation and communication within Epic. Requirements: • Previous experience in a healthcare setting. • Familiarity with Epic, including appointment scheduling, workqueues, and inbasket management. • Remote work experience. • Proficiency with basic technology and Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
