Description: • Code that makes work easier by bridging technology and business — building APIs, streamlining data, and automating processes for our teams • Build and optimize RESTful APIs that connect internal systems and third-party vendors • Integrate and transform data for seamless cross-platform compatibility • Improve backend performance with caching and smart data strategies • Create internal tools and workflows that empower teams across the company • Automate business processes with SQL, Excel, and custom applications • Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to solve real business challenges Requirements: • Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, and API development • Proficiency with SQL Server (or similar databases) • Hands-on experience with workflow automation (SQL, Excel, or custom tools) • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with Git, containerization (Docker), CI/CD, or ETL processes is a plus Benefits: • Work on meaningful projects that directly improve how our teams operate • Have a voice in shaping the technical direction of internal systems • Join a supportive, collaborative, mission-driven team
