Hybrid - onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Responsibilities: • Assist the team with development and execution of consumer product marketing campaigns. • Manage project tracker for partners on behalf of Licensing marketing leads to ensure key deadlines and milestones are met. • Own operational workflows around marketing approvals. Review and route high volume of retail & licensee marketing materials to key stakeholders for alignment. • Review creative submissions from partners to ensure creative is fan-first and aligned to title brand messaging, visual identity, and campaign goals. Be empowered to provide valuable and constructive feedback to partners to drive creative excellence. • Centralize information and assets for marketing programs to facilitate cross-functional requests (Comms, Publicity, Social, Title Marketing). Traffic inquiries from internal and external partners, to streamline product and asset requests. • Socialize and champion partner marketing ideas with internal cross-functional teams (i.e. Legal, • Creative, Merch Strategy, Content Marketing, etc), in an effort to seamlessly integrate consumer products campaigns into larger title marketing moments. • Key contributor to status reports/internal trackers and retail marketing post mortems, marketing recaps, and pitch decks on behalf of the team. • Monitor, track, and push through PO requests and invoice submissions on behalf of the • Consumer Products marketing team across different projects and titles. • Onboard partners, agencies, and vendors into clients systems (i.e. brand asset library, NDAs, vendor profile). • Ensure appropriate clearances are received from internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Title Marketing, PR, Social, showrunners, etc.) What We Need From You • 5+ years of retail/licensee marketing experience in the consumer products industry — entertainment experience is a plus. • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously and meet deadlines across a variety of titles, with a strong ability to simplify or break down complex tasks into actionable milestones. • Ability to gain a deep understanding of brand guidelines, creative best practices, and storytelling relevant to each title. • Passion for fandoms & storytelling through products. • Excellent communication skills, both written and visually including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels. • Collaborative mindset in challenging or ambiguous scenarios; takes on new challenges with a positive attitude. • Superb attention to detail with strong ability to creatively problem solve. • Proactive, self-starter attitude and ability to set and manage deadlines independently. • Key contributor in team meetings to drive positive outcomes.
