Corporate Affairs Manager Internal Communications (Contract) Location: Remote Duration: 06 month contract with possible extension Seeking an experienced Internal Communications professional to support its Global Internal Communications team. This role will manage the Staffbase Studio platform, own execution of the weekly Inside employee newsletter, and support enterprise-wide internal communications initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of Staffbase Studio (email & intranet), including onboarding, troubleshooting, optimization, analytics, and audience segmentation • Own editorial planning, creation, testing, and distribution of the Inside weekly newsletter • Build and maintain enterprise distribution lists and manage email editorial calendars • Lead and support internal communications projects, partnering with Corporate Affairs and cross-functional teams • Provide light copywriting and editing support aligned with brand and AP style guidelines • Advise stakeholders on internal communications best practices and employee engagement strategies Required Qualifications: • 3 5+ years of internal communications experience in a large corporate or global environment • Recent, hands-on expertise with Staffbase Studio (email and intranet), including segmentation and analytics • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have: • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Life sciences or large enterprise experience
