What You Will Get To Do: Analyze tax processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency. Collaborate with tax teams to gather requirements for tax technology solutions. Develop and document functional specifications for tax software and systems. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system implementations. Assist in the creation of tax reporting templates and automation of reporting processes. Act as a liaison between the tax department and IT to facilitate effective communication and project management. What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in tax compliance, tax technology, or business analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and tax software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.
