Position: CNC Machine Shop Cost Estimator / Project Manager Company: SRS Manufacturing Location: Clinton Township, MI Shifts Available: 1 • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexible) Openings: 1 Positions (Day) Compensation: Competitive pay + Overtime Opportunities Why SRS? What You’ll Do • Estimate CNC Turning, Milling, EDM & Grinding Manufacturing Costs from blueprints or CAD • Quote Prep - Build costs on tooling & outside processes like Material, Heat Treat, Plating, ETC • Prepare and execute Manufacturing Process and engineering drawings indicating special instructions and requirements. for example: grinding; straightening, allowing for plate growth, etc. • Submit Purchase Orders as needed • Project Management following your job thruout the manufacturing process • Direct Support to General Manager, VP, CEO, as well as others • Collaborate with your team and bring ideas to the table — we value your input! • Breaking down each item to ensure all processes and work are not only billed for, but a clear path to manufacture seamlessly. • Above all, maintain Manufactured Seamlessly in everything you do. - Rich Health, Optical, and Life Insurance Plans • Health Deductible: $1,200 (Individual) / $2,400 (Family) • SRS pays 80% / Employee pays 20% of ALL plans - 4% Employer-Matched 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan - Paid Time Off: Earn up to 3 weeks PTO with years of service At SRS, we give you the tools to succeed and listen to your ideas — because great people make a great company.
