Job Title: Project Manager Oracle PLM Location: Remote- USA Mode of Hire: Contract & Full Time Job Description: Required Skills & Experience: • 9 years of Oracle Applications experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle PLM (Cloud and/or Agile). • 2+years of Mandatory project management experience. • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Proven experience in Oracle Product Development Cloud, PDH, and Change Management. • Strong knowledge of product structures, BOMs, document management, and PLM workflows. • Hands-on experience with PLM integrations to ERP/SCM systems. • Excellent communication, client-facing, and documentation skills. • Prior experience working in manufacturing, hi-tech, or life sciences industries preferred. Responsibilities: • Lead Oracle PLM Cloud/Agile PLM solution design, configuration, and implementation. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. • Provide functional expertise across Oracle PLM modules such as Product Development, Product Data Hub, Innovation Management, and Agile PLM. • Support product structure, item master, BOM management, change management, and workflow configuration. • Facilitate workshops, prepare functional documentation (BRD, MD50, test scripts), and support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) • Work closely with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and data migration. • Provide best practice recommendations for product lifecycle management processes. • Deliver training and post-go-live support to business users PSRTEK is a reputed technology recruitment and IT staffing brand with a global footprint and an admired client base.
