We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Influencer & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of various campaigns across social media channels. This role is responsible for managing and growing our influencer partnerships, which are a primary driver of our marketing funnel. In addition, this role will support broader marketing initiatives, including organic social media posting and coordination with our internal and external teams to achieve marketing goals. Responsibilities: • Identify, recruit & maintain influencer relationships that align with brand identity. Continue to grow the brand’s influencer program through regular sourcing research and outreach. Build authentic relationships to garner consistent content and product support, with a focus on TikTok and YouTube. • Track results of connections, campaigns and collaborations and report on all organic and earned KPIs. • Manage the execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish. Responsible for product selections and addresses, tracking packages, inventory and measuring results. • Track influencer campaigns to ensure timely posting & delivery and brand consistency • Collect, review, and manage user-generated content for marketing use • Collaborate with influencers to brainstorm creative campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences • Create and schedule compelling organic social media posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, etc. (static images, short-form and vertical videos, etc) • Ensure brand voice and aesthetic are maintained across all channels • Coordinate with external agencies for advertising, SEO, content creation, and other projects • Communicate project needs, timelines, and deliverables clearly to internal teams and contractors • Assist with maintaining marketing calendars and campaign timelines • Help with light copywriting, editing, or creative direction as needed • Manage Affiliate program partnerships ( LTK, GoAffPro, Hubspot) and own the Affiliate budget and platform maintenance. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, influencer management and/or social media • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices • Proven success in managing influencer campaigns and affiliate platforms – Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of managing contracts and maintaining relationship dynamics. • Proficient in all major Social platforms (with a focus on TikTok & Youtube), Affiliate programs (LTK, GoAffPro, Hubspot), reporting tools, and generally web savvy. • Ability to work offsite and coordinate real-time with marketing and operations teams. • Attention to detail, especially branding consisitency and best practices • Demonstrates initiative and sense of urgency to align with the pace of E-commerce businesses. • Show initiative to proactively problem-solve. • Able to build and maintain productive relationships with cross functional teams. – Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving targeted objectives. • Must show influencer work within the last (12) calendar months of work experience on your resume. • Must be able to provide link to portfolio showing previous social media work. • Must be available for paid travel 3-5 times per year.
