Key Responsibilities • Leads recruitment efforts for all administrative positions or other positions as needed across practices, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding and communication between candidates and practices. • Supports onboarding for all new hires to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and successful first-day readiness. • Coordinates integration onboarding for new affiliations, including employee communication, documentation management, and collaboration with practice leaders. • Partners with HR, Operations, and Payroll to streamline workflows during rapid hiring periods or new practice integrations. • Maintains applicant tracking, hiring documentation, and accurate records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Supports creation and maintenance of standardized recruiting and onboarding processes across practices. • Communicates effectively with practice leaders to gather hiring needs, scheduling requirements, and expectations for position openings. • Provides timely updates to the Lead Recruiter regarding progress, hiring timelines, obstacles, and workflow improvement opportunities. Qualifications Required: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ year experience in human resources, recruitment or related fields and/or education directly related to the field. Preferred: • Experience in dental support organizations, or multi-site operations preferred. • Experience with ADP is preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements • Ability to sit for extended periods to complete computer-based work. • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as needed for onboarding materials or office supplies. • Ability to bend, reach, and carry items related to office and onboarding tasks. • Works in an office or remote office environment using computers, phones, and standard office equipment. • Occasional travel to practices for onboarding or recruitment needs may be required. • Occasional travel to schools, colleges, and community events to support recruitment efforts may be required. • Position may require travel to the main Squire hub about once per week to attend team meetings and collaborative work sessions.
