Qualifications • 8+ years advising UHNW clients; proven track record of retaining and growing complex relationships. • Advanced planning expertise; comfort with tax, estate, trust, and philanthropic coordination. • Investment acumen across public and private markets; familiarity with alternatives and concentrated stock strategies. • Series 65 or CFP is required, designations such as CFA, CPA or JD/LLM are a bonus. • Exceptional communication, discretion, and client service orientation; strong compliance record. Required Skills • Lead, manage, and engage directly with a designated group of UHNW clients to best support their financial, investment, estate, and risk outcomes; be directly responsible for retention and relationship depth with assigned key clients. • Communicate proactively to understand client needs, objectives, goals, concerns, and planning tools; represent the client with internal stakeholders and external partners to carry out their service goals. Ensure all inbound client communications are handled promptly and professionally. • Provide guidance and expert advice to management, clients, and external parties on technical financial planning and investment topics, systems, and process-related matters relevant to UHNW households. • Review client investments on a quarterly or semiannual basis to confirm required actions have been taken and that portfolios align with policy, liquidity, tax, and risk considerations. • Analyze information and evaluate results to determine the best solutions for client or operational issues, taking accountability for decisions and outcomes. • Identify concerns, risks, or opportunities within client accounts or households and update, correct, or escalate information proactively to protect the client relationship and firm standards.
