Enterprise Sales Professional SquadLocker is on the hunt for an Enterprise Sales Pro to join our Rhode Island-based Sales team, where the thrill of competition meets the joy of collaboration. We’re looking for athletes, gamers or competitors who are ready to turn every sales challenge into a triumph and are willing to bring their A-game to a team that’s all about winning together. Enterprise Sales Pros are responsible for acquiring and retaining new and existing customers, closing deals and driving profitability for the organization. In this role, you will be tasked with quickly and effectively following up on leads from direct marketing & partner channels, developing pipelines through prospecting into targeted high-value accounts and closing significant expansion opportunities within existing customers. Utilizing strategic sales approaches, ESPs will primarily focus on landing enterprise deals for multi-team and multi-sport organizations. In this fast-paced position, ESPs must maintain flexible hours throughout the week to speak with customers as customer schedules permit. ESPs are trusted to complete additional administrative tasks and prospecting around/in between scheduled hours (9a-5p). The ESP team works from our dog-friendly, beer-on-tap office most days of the week (we operate with a #oneteam mindset and prefer to work together) as well as on days in which core meetings are scheduled. Key Responsibilities • Effectively convert leads to revenue and handle the sales process from appointment to closed deal for high value target accounts. • Consistently reach or exceed sales quotas and sales targets; Maintain awareness of individual weekly and monthly targets. • Develop and implement solutions to customer requirements for custom accounts via uniform customizations and enterprise/partner deals. • Drive sales through SquadLocker sales techniques combining phone, chat, text, email, and social selling; Utilize overarching selling strategies and best practices for all assigned customers. • Review new and existing prequalified leads; Utilize data to generate best proposal for the lead. • Serve as “project manager” for customers in development, working as intermediary between customer and other internal teams (customer success team, sublimation team, design services, etc.) • Address all internal and external correspondence in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency. • Attend all scheduled customer/lead appointments. • Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status using HubSpot, PandaDoc and additional internal resources; Maintain data hygiene and disposition accounts appropriately. • Develop a pipeline by prospecting for high-value target customers with assistance from BDR team. • Build credibility in meetings with clear, compelling, and effective communication skills. • Provide feedback and input to the product teams, marketing, and leadership via office hours. • Continuously improve – learn from & collaborate with your manager, peers, and colleagues. • Utilize company-provided software (Outlook, NetSuite, HubSpot and AirCall) for all communications with leads, admins and customers. • Work assigned leads/prospects/customers and opportunities in accordance with company determined SLA. • Follow all company procedures regarding data hygiene and customer management. • Attain proficiency in company utilized software: AirCall, NetSuite, PandaDoc, Outlook, Excel, Homefield, Jira.
