Job Description SPT Labtech is a global supplier of innovative lab automation products. Our solutions save time and material costs, simplifying complex operations. Key Responsibilities • Organize inventory control using QuickBooks and Inventory Spreadsheet. • Maintain item records, monitor stock levels, and document information. • Work with Purchasing to order necessary items for production. • Manage dispatched items to Production and customer departments. • Assist with counting, entering, and storing incoming items. • Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. • Work with QC and Engineering on production failures. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Requirements • Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. • Prior inventory and warehouse experience preferred; procurement experience a plus. • Ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Accuracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. • Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly and assist with heavier items occasionally.
