In this role, you will manage support instances requiring partner involvement, serving as the escalation point between the client and the SPS partner. Experience supporting ERP integrations such as Sage X3 and Acumatica is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Perform post-sale technical implementation, including installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration, while managing project progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Partner with clients and third-party providers to resolve technical issues and integration challenges—including occasional collaboration on Sage X3 and Acumatica-related workflows. Conduct complex tasks independently with minimal supervision, using wide latitude for judgment, and consult with clients to understand their business objectives and operational needs. Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress, ensuring effective communication and resolution of scheduling issues. Maintain a high level of industry-specific business knowledge by staying current with emerging products, ERP systems, and technical updates. Location: Remote – US Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a master’s degree, including 3+ years in account management, relationship management, or product management. Prior experience with third parties, consultants, VARs, and application providers is desired. Exposure to ERP platforms such as Sage X3 and Acumatica. Strong relationship-building skills, especially over the phone, with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet browsers. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more. The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
