Full Description

Client Success Data Analyst Location: This position is based in New York City, and in-office attendance is required Monday-Thursday with the ability to be remote on Friday. Who we are looking for: • 1-2+ years experience within Data Analytics, ideally focusing in client success. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel utilizing pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc. • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and client relationships at once, and a proactive, client-first mindset with a passion for enabling success. • Bonus points for experience utilizing Salesforce. What you’ll be doing: • Conduct comprehensive analysis of datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, enhancing data-driven decision making. • Execute data cleaning, organization, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness for reliable insights. • Develop and sustain interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Excel, facilitating real-time performance tracking. • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and data support to various teams, enabling informed strategic decisions. • Document analytical findings and communicate key insights effectively to stakeholders, fostering transparency and understanding. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements and enhance service delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations. • Monitor client engagement metrics to identify opportunities for increased usage and improved client satisfaction. • Present actionable, data-driven recommendations clearly and persuasively, influencing key stakeholder decisions. • Drive continuous improvement in client experience by leveraging feedback and creating strategic reporting frameworks.
